We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password) and when building a memorial (names, dates, photos, life story content). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

Your information is used solely to operate the service: displaying memorials, processing payments via Stripe, and sending account-related emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Memorial Privacy Controls
You control the visibility of every memorial you create. Public memorials are indexed by search engines. Private memorials are accessible only to you when signed in. You can change a memorial's privacy setting at any time.
Data Retention
Free and paid memorial content is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated memorials and personal data are permanently removed within 30 days.
