FAQ — Never Forget Online

Question 1

What is Never Forget Online?

Accepted Answer

Never Forget Online is a digital memorial platform where families create permanent, beautiful tribute pages for people and pets. Each memorial can include a life story, photos, ancestry records, virtual candle lighting, and a tribute wall where loved ones can leave messages.

Question 2

Is it free to create a memorial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Free plan lets anyone create a memorial with a life story, photos, and a tribute wall at no cost, forever. Paid plans unlock additional features like ancestry chapters, extended media, and custom themes.

Question 3

Can I create a memorial for a pet?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Never Forget Online supports memorials for both people and beloved pets. The same features — life story, photos, tribute wall, and ancestry — are available for pet memorials.

Question 4

What does the Standard plan include?

Accepted Answer

The Standard plan ($9.99/month) allows up to 10 memorials, 30 photos per memorial, all Standard-tier life chapters, and an 18-generation ancestry tree.

Question 5

What does the Premium plan include?

Accepted Answer

The Premium plan ($29.99/month) unlocks unlimited memorials, unlimited photos, all Premium life chapters, the full ancestry tree, co-editor invitations so family members can contribute, and priority support.

Question 6

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Question 7

Who can see my memorial?

Accepted Answer

By default, memorials are public so family and friends can visit and leave tributes. You can set any memorial to private from the memorial settings, restricting access to only people you invite.

Question 8

Can I delete a memorial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The memorial owner can permanently delete a memorial at any time from the memorial settings. Deletion is irreversible, so we recommend downloading any photos or content you want to keep first.
